Kina Securities Enlists On ASX and POMSoX

Kina Securities Limited, a leading finance firm in Papua New Guinea has listed on Australia Stock Exchange and Port Moresby Stock Exchange following a successful initial public offering (IPO) as reported by Post Courier and The National and other media in PNG.

Kina securities CEO Sydney Yates as reported by Post Courier believes in future growth prospect of KSL.

“I believe investors have also been attracted by KSL strong growth potential that will follow after acquisition of Maybank”

Investors can now buy KSL shares at Port Moresby Stock Exchange or Australia Stock Exchange.

Note that Kina Group also offers stock broking service. Another stock broker is BSP Capital. These are the only two stockbrokers in PNG allowed under the Securities Act 1997 until passing of the Securities Commission Bill 2015 last week that will open up the market new stockbrokers.
